OUTWORLD ENTERTAINMENT was created by New Jersey based artist Cesar Cruz when he was 13 years old. It wasn’t until freshman year of college did Outworld Entertainment became more then a personal home for Cesar’s artistic projects.
In 1998 the first OWE film, DARKNESS, was created. Along with OWE’s first website! A lot of progress has been made since those times. Both Cesar and OWE have matured and grown into a respected art community in the NY-NJ Tri-state area.
OWE’s single purpose is to create artistic projects with as little money as possible. All of OWE’s projects have been self funded with some help from our fans and supporters. All cast and crew members work for free!
United by a common goal of artistic respect, love and growth, the OWE cast and crew has overcome numerous obstacles and won several awards. Built on the grounds of professional work ethics and structure, OWE has been able to create top notch, artistic entertainment for almost nothing!
With a unique process, OWE has been able to unify some of the most talented indie film artists in the area. Created by one man, but supported by dozens, OWE has become a shining star in the heavily saturated New Jersey/New York Indie film world.
